Right now, my thoughts feel restless.

They move faster than I can follow,

I bring this anxious movement into the open.
I do not hide it.
I do not judge it.
I simply acknowledge that it is here.

Help me to release the need to solve everything at once.

Remind me that I am not required to hold every outcome.
